Contract details
During a trial, you are under no contract. When subscribed monthly, you are on a monthly contract but can cancel at any time. When subscribed annually, you are on a yearly (12 months) contract but can cancel at any time when purchased under a one time purchase you have access for the lifetime of the site.
File Systems and Communication
All access to the Big Income Small Lists website is restricted to HTTPS encrypted connections.
User passwords are secured with encryption techniques. They are never stored in the database in plaintext and are not readable by staff.

Currently, all data and data backups are stored in on our Server in the United States. We do not back up any of your accounts(or your customer’s) data in other locations.
Data deletion handling
Customers and subscribers can delete their accounts or subscriptions at any time. Once an account is deleted it will be completely removed from our systems within 7 days. Alternatively you can request that we delete your account by submitting a support call through the helpdesk (details on site)

When working a support issue we do our best to respect your privacy as much as possible, we only access the minimum data needed to resolve your issue.
Finally, it’s worth noting Big Income Small Lists is a very small organisation, so access to any data is very limited.
